Listening Training Workshop

Sign-up for SeekHealing’s 2 day Listening Training course to reframe everything you think you know about addiction & emotional health, and get useful tools for how to better listen to yourself and others. Whether you’re in early recovery, long-term recovery, or just looking to volunteer, Listening Training is designed to support you and prepare you to be of service to your community.

We'll begin the class with an group conversation about the video modules and interactive practice with listening, relating and communication skills. Completion of this course is required to sign up as a Space Owl or participate in SeekHealing community service outreach.

PLEASE WEAR A K-95 or N95 MASK AND MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF AND OTHERS AT ALL MEETINGS. If you do not have a K-95 mask, one will be provided for you. We ask that you please wear a mask over your nose and mouth for the entirety of your time at indoor Seek events, regardless of vaccination status.
