Moving Through Emotions Together

Community-Led Approaches to Healing Trauma Through Empathy and Secure Attachment

22% of participants experienced an emotional trigger during meetings. Of those 22% of attendees who experienced an emotional trigger, 63% felt accepted, heard, and got what they needed from the group.

In 607 Connection Practice Meetings, attendees'survey responses reported the following:
