Practical exploration of how to take your listening practice into the world, into relationships with friends & family, and/or into your longterm recovery journey.

Asheville, NC

2-day class, all day Saturday and Sunday LT, 10am to 6pm each day:

Waynesville, NC

Online

6-week class, 2hrs every week via Zoom.

February 6 to March 13 (Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm EST)
April 8 to May 13 (Wednesdays from 12pm to 2pm EST)
