SeekHealing’s Listening Training II is a master course in authentic leadership and human connection. It’s a powerful 3-month training to prepare you for holding group spaces that support all people, especially those healing from trauma and addiction. LTII teaches emergent community leaders how to show up in the world with dignity, humility, authenticity, and integrity, and to facilitate shared experiences of human connection

Listening Training II Details

Listening Training II is led by SeekHealing co-founder Jennifer Nicolaisen and veteran Authentic Relating facilitation trainer Jason Digges. LTII is conducted entirely online and guides participants through an intensive and deeply immersive program. This course combines teachings, mentorship, self-study, group explorations, and accountability structures that together create an emergent leadership pathway that produces profound transformation.

Upon completing all assignments and graduating from the program, you will receive an LTII Graduation Certificate that demonstrates your having met the graduating standards of the program and qualifies you for SeekHealing’s 100-hour Social Health Professional Certification.

Certify as a Social Health Professional, and qualify as a Seeker Practicing Facilitation within a SeekHealing community (optional)

Gain the foundational skills to start your own place-based chapter of SeekHealing (optional)

The classes will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm EST, starting Sep 14, 2022 and running for 12 weeks, skipping the week of Thanksgiving.

Early Bird Pricing: $1200 paid in full or 5 monthly payments of $250 ($1250 total)

Pricing After Aug 27th: $1500 paid in full or 5 monthly payments of $315 ($1575 total)

What does it involve?

12 weeks with a two-hour class via Zoom each week

These classes focus on developing your leadership capacities as well as exploring the fundamental principles behind the SeekHealing model. You'll practice facilitation in real time, and open doors to transformational connection with others. Course content also includes weekly videos, and work with triads and dyads outside of class.

A one-of-a-kind social health curriculum

As a leader and innovator in the field of Social Health, SeekHealing’s Listening Training II is the first of its kind. Through meticulous and thorough information sharing and experiential learning, Listening Training II will thoroughly prepare you to create healing spaces of authentic human connection.

Earn your 100 hour Certification as a Social Health Professional (Optional)

LTII is highly practical and experiential. During and after the initial three months of classes, you’ll have the opportunity to facilitate in a variety of settings and get feedback from experienced facilitators in the community. Completion of the course will assure that you become confident and prepared to begin your facilitation practice.

If you choose to apply for certification after the course, an additional $300 is requested to pay your proctors. However, we will work with you on pricing as needed!
